The B&B is an awesome place to enjoy a stay! Beautiful rooms and grounds, cozy common areas, great snacks, books, movies. Excellent breakfast with fabulous hospitality!

The parlor is a warm gathering place where you can avail yourselves of the piano, guitar, books, games, and extensive video library. Each guest room has cable TV, VHS, and DVD players.A gourmet two course breakfast is served in the dining room.
Coffee, tea, cider, & cocoa as well as afternoon treats await your return for some R & R after a day exploring all Julian has to offer. There is also a microwave oven and guest refrigerator for you use during your visit.Breakfast is also served in the gazebo on warm sunny mornings. It's also a great place to spend an afternoon playing games and birdwatching. Guests have also enjoyed bring back a picnic lunch or a ToGo dinner from one of the restaurants in town.
The RoseBud Cottage has a rugged queen size four poster bed and a Vermont Castings woodstove to keep you toasty warm on cold winter nights. The firewood is included in the room rate.The RoseBud Cottage has a full size sofa sleeper and can sleep up to four people, perfect for a small family.
The Stanza Italia room has a very romantic queen size bed and views into the treetops on the hillside below.The Stanza Italia room has tow wing back chairs to spend the evening enjoying the wood burning fireplace with your sweetie. The firewood is included in the room rate.
There is a romantic bistro table for two on the front entry porch of Stanza Italia.The Apple Sweet has a comfy king size bed and a window seat that overlooks the rose garden below on the hillside.
