With the rich agricultural bounty of Sonoma County to choose from and weekly Healdsburg farmer's markets, we are fortunate to be able to cook seasonally with fresh from the farm ingredients. In summer, that means using heirloom tomatoes, Brie from one of our local cheese makers, farm fresh eggs, crusty sourdough bread from the town's award-winning bakery and zucchini for this great breakfast strata.
