The Zaballa staff loves to cook and enjoys meeting people. Sue loves to make quiche's and granola for breakfast. Marian also works for a catering company and will not be out done by anyone with her afternoon wine and cheese. Luz is always helpful and if you are nice she might make you her special waffles with fresh fruit. - The innkeepers speak: English, Spanish
