For cancellations made 14 days (30 days for multiple night stays, holiday and special event periods)or less prior to the date of stay, the prepayment is non-refundable. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. For cancellations made outside of the 14 days (30 days for multiple night stays, holiday and special event periods), the prepayment is refundable minus a $50.00 cancellation fee per room, whichever is greater. The cancellation fee is charged on all cancellations without exception. "No show" guests and "early departure" guests are considered cancellations inside the non-refundable period. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. Large groups and reservations for the entire inn are subject to special cancellation policies, which are specified on an individual basis. Please contact an innkeeper for details prior to making a group reservation.
