This was our first time at a B&B. It will be very difficult for anyone to match this B&B. The host and hostess were wonderful and her breakfast were the best. Made us want to stay again.

What a blissful experience! We could not have been happier with our time at Old Escondido. They provided a wonderful living space and made us feel very welcome. Each day started with a marvelous breakfast. We would recommend Old Escondido to anyone wishing a beautiful, quiet and relaxing environment.

If you want to be spoiled stay here! We have never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, but wow! We felt at home. This home was very clean. Every morning we had a new place setting and a candle lit. They are very detailed! All your needs are met. Don't worry about a good night's sleep, the bed is to die for! We will never stay in a hotel when we visit our son, we will stay here! Two thumbs up!

This was our 1st B&B experience and now we're sold. Bill & Peggy are fantastic hosts that provided service beyond our expectations. They're sensitive to the needs of the "weary traveller", "generic tourist", whatever label best suits you. Memories are made by good times and Escondido, California have wonderful ambassadors with the innkeepers of this particular bed & breakfast.
