  • Our grand private suite, as you enter a spacious elegant sitting room you gain the perspective of the decor and grandeur. Furnished with a custom made poster canopy bed in Swiss coffee, soak in the oversized two person Jacuzzi tub, or enjoy the two person shower. The two room suite is nearly 1,100 square feet, including the balcony with ocean and pier views. This room is truly the epitome of ROMANCE. All our linens are European, and most of our furniture is custom made. The Sunset Room has a bar sink, reverse osmosis, small refrigerator, armoires with televisions and DVD/CD players. Sit and relax in luxurious robes, also provided with the Sunset Room!
    The name states the decor. Rich warmth of the islands is what you feel in this two room suite. The California king size Tommy Bahaman style bed, two person Jacuzzi tub/separate shower, and fireplaces in each room. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and pier view. Come escape! All our linens are European, and most of our furniture is custom made. The Bali Room has a bar sink, reverse osmosis, small refrigerator, armoires with televisions and DVD/CD players. Sit and relax in luxurious robes, also provided with the Bali Room!
    Country French decor first floor junior suite, soft green and white colors dress the custom made California King bed in a soft Swiss coffee. A fireplace, patio with partial ocean view, a two person Jacuzzi tub and separate shower with two vanity sinks. A most happy and romantic room.     Cayucos Sunset Inn a 4 Diamond AAA property located in the quaint friendly beach town of Cayucos California voted as one of the last small beach towns on the Central Coast. Enjoy luxury ocean-view suites with featherbed, fireplace, balcony and two person whirlpool tubs. Full breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres with wine. Making your stay comfortable and relaxing is our passion, and our goal is to leave you without any worries in the world. We are located halfway between San Francisco and Los Angeles on the Scenic Coast Highway One. Restaurants, antique stores, coffee shops and tennis courts are just a stroll away. Within 10 minutes of the inn is the quaint fishing village of Morro Bay: the Histroic Hearst Castle is just 25 minutes away in San Simeon: and the Paso Robles Wine Country.

    Best B&B around!!

    The view was beautiful! The bed...so comfy! I love the cookies and milk left on the doorstep every evening! The breakfast is outstanding and I am a picky eater!!! The staff is so nice. This is the best B&B I have ever stayed at! (and I have stayed at a few) My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and came back for a 2nd stay when he got home from Iraq. Such a great place to get away and relax! I hope we can make it back soon!

    Please surprise along the Coast

    We were looking for a place to stay on the way up the Coast and when I came across this on the internet, it looked quaint. Cayucos is a small seaside town but unfortunately, our one evening there was filled with torrential rain. In spite of it, we ventured out to dinner and returned happily to our room which was very warm and inviting. The staff was most accommodating and breakfast the next morning was wonderful and set the pace for another nice day.

    BEST BED AND BREAKFAST EVER!!!

    Now if you’re looking for a clean, quite & relaxing vacation this is the spot....I went last October with my boyfriend and we had a wonderful time. The staff was so nice and accommodating. My boyfriend surprised me with the chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. We stood in the Bali suite and it was beautiful. Please visit this place you will not be sorry. I promise!

    • Check In: 3:00 & 4:00 pm    Check Out: 11:00am

    • Minimum Stay: Two Night Minimum on Weekends

    • Deposit Amount Required: Your advance deposit is equal to one night stay or 50% of your stay.

    • Cancellations: A 10 day cancellation period is required.If you cancel before the 10 days you will be charged a $25.00 booking fee fee. Otherwise, a coupon will be issued if you phone within the 10 day cancellation policy.This coupon is good for 3 months from the date of cancellation. If you do not show up we keep the full amount. Because we are a small property our cancellation policy is very strict. If we cannot re-book the room on a last minute cancellation you will lose the full amount. When booking two or more rooms at a time a 30 day cancellation notice will be imposed and a booking fee of $35.00 will be imposed per room per night! If you will be checking in later than 7pm please notify us so we can accommodate you. Thank you.

    Best B&B around!!
