The room was larger then expected, very comfortable. The fireplace and jacuzzi made this room feel cozy. Having breakfast at your door every morning made for the perfect start to the day.

Sitting by the fireside in the evenings meeting other guests while having a cookie! The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Parking was ample and convenient. Breakfasts were ample, delicious and almost like home. Location of the Inn is perfect.

Cancellations: Notification of cancellation or arrival date change must be received more than three days (72 hours) prior to the confirmed arrival date in order for the reservation deposit to be refundable. Email notification is only acceptable if sent to reservations@innsbythesea.com. Cancellation of Group Reservations is subject to the terms of the Group Contract. Special packages or promotions may include additional or separate Cancellation Policy terms. Failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date will result in the cancellation of the reservation including any remaining nights, and the reservation deposit shall be forfeited.

Friendliness of staff; comfortable and roomy accommodations. Best cookies every afternoon. Very convenient to ocean, shopping, and restaurants. Great free parking. Loved the breakfast delivered to our door each day.
