This is our second year staying at the Cottage Grove Inn and we will be back again next year. The cottages are warm and inviting with a fireplace and kitchenette with coffee and fridge for wine. Each unit has a nice private outdoor space, rocking chairs on the porch and our unit had a fountain. You will love the daily homemade breakfast and nightly wine &cheese. We didn't get a chance to use the complimentary cruiser bikes as it was rainy but we could walk into town and enjoy the great shopping, restaurants and of course the Hydro.

Our son & daughter-in-law stayed and knew we would love it. They gave us a gift certificate to stay for a night. We have traveled to many places and found the Cottage Grove immaculate. The service, the room, the amenities, & the possibilities!!! We met several couples that were from New Jersey, Michigan, & S. Carolina at the wine & cheese gathering or breakfast. We will return!

We wanted something different for our stay in Napa Valley and this was perfect. The cottages are charming and we felt as though we were secluded. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with a few needs. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first B&B experience and it did not disappoint! The room was absolutely amazing! Every small detail was thought out. The closet was packed with cute essentials like a back pack with blanket and wine storage for the perfect picnic getaway on free bikes. Signs were displayed through out the room so that there was no question as to how something worked! We had a lovely time and will certainly be coming back! We were only able to stay one night but we will certainly be coming back!

The Cottage Grove Inn was breathtaking. I felt as if I was staying in a spa. The cottages are clean and beautiful. The Inn is steps away from a picturesque town. Many amenities are offered including a delicious breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon, and bicycles to ride around town. Would highly recommend.

We got an overnight stay as a gift from our kids. They couldn't have picked a better place. The wine and cheese reception (six kinds of cheese, four different wines, jellies, crackers, fruit) as well as the scrumptious breakfast (quiche, waffles, fruit, pastries, made to order smoothies and coffee drinks) were amazing. Bikes and helmets were available for riding. The cottages were perfect - everything you need is inside. They thought of everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable as were the chairs by the wood burning fireplace. The super deep hot tub for two was so nice! Retractable TV and surround sound were a nice touch as were all the other amenities. It's a super romantic place and we will be back!

Can't say enough about Cottage Grove Inn. The units are great with every amenity. Free DVD's to rent. Close to downtown. Great breakfast and cocktail hours. The lady at front desk was always cheerful and great. Whenever I went to the desk and she was on the phone she noted my presence and put the person on the phone on hold or asked to call them back...great customer service. There with a Groupon..great time of year to visit as wineries not that crowded and Calistoga Winter Wine Pass a great value!

My husband and I used a Groupon for this vacation. We got a wonderful deal at the Cottage Grove Inn. The property is well manicured and very close to Calistoga, CA. We parked the car and didn't move it again until we checked out (which was super convenient). The reception was fantastic and many questions were answered before I could even ask them. The staff was very polite. Our cabin was spectacular. It had a cute front porch with rocking chairs perfect for porch sittin'! Inside, we found the coziest king sized bed ever along with two super soft chairs in front of the fire place. There was music already playing as we walked in, and the atmosphere was very serene. The jetted tub in the bathroom was huge! There was also a separate shower and vanity/toilet area. Also in the room was a refrigerator and some snacks for purchase (not bad prices, either). We had asked if we could bring our dogs to tag along (we have tiny little dogs), and they had dog beds, bowls, and treats waiting for them--absolutely precious! They also will let you borrow their bikes while you're there. Free (good) breakfast each morning and complimentary wine and cheese (plus fruit, crackers, etc.) in the evening. We even had the pleasure of getting a couples massage which was glorious. They even have gifts and things in the common area at decent prices. In Calistoga you'll find plenty to eat and do. If you're a wine drinker, you will not be disappointed. Just in town, there are several wine tasting rooms. Plenty of different places to dine--sushi, Mexican, Italian, American fare, BBQ, etc. And it's also a short drive to vineyards in the area, or a bike ride if you're into it. We can't wait to go back. I don't know that we can wait for a Groupon! Do yourself a favor and check it out. We had a blast!
