Inn Details
The Blackberry Inn is just 13 miles (less than 20 minutes!) from Yosemite National Park’s Big Oak Flat entrance on Highway 120. Highway 120 is the most direct route to the park from San Francisco, Sacramento, and Northern California. The inn is located 11 miles east of Groveland in a country setting surrounded by national forest land. The farmhouse-replica building features vaulted ceilings and big windows that bring the beauty of the Sierra Nevada inside. Its rooms were designed specifically for the Yosemite traveler who wishes to retreat to comfort after a day of adventure. Spacious rooms with central heating and air conditioning, wireless Internet service, feather beds, and fine linens lure guests up the oak staircase to enjoy a sound night’s sleep. Each room features a full private bath and sitting area for two. The guests' common room is filled with Yosemite guidebooks and a wide variety of games and reading material. A gourmet, two-course breakfast is served in the dining room each morning. Guests can enjoy their meal at the elegantly set table or take it outside to the wraparound porch, where they can watch for wildlife on the Inn’s five acres of woods and meadows. The Blackberry Inn is famous for its fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and unmatched level of service.
