Avila Beach's only bed and breakfast Inn. Joe Momma's is a new very unique Inn. Each room is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment, sleeps 4, King or queen bed in bedroom and queen futon bed in living room. Each has fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 100 channel tv, wifi throughout, all above Avila's only coffee bar/day spa/organic clothing store ...Joe momma's is all brand new coffee bar right on the beach, next to the Town's General store, 20 steps till you get wet.
