Had a wonderful 2-day stopover at The Casitas. It was the perfect halfway stay between San Francisco and Los Angeles before flying home to Australia. Great hosts, gorgeous property, delicious breakfasts and beautifully appointed rooms. Thanks Tony and Pat. Will recommend to our Australian family and friends and we would love to come back next time we're in the US.

We loved our visit to the Casitas of Arroyo Grande. The view from the lovely patios reminded us of recent visits to Tuscany and Provence. Tony and Pat are wonderful hosts and the accommodations are top notch. Very peaceful and quiet. Slept so soundly!

Perched on a hillside overlooking the Arroyo Grande valley, the Casitas offered an extraordinary combination of comfort, charm and calm. Each separate cabin has its own fireplace, Sub Zero mini-refrigerator, large format HD television screen, Bose IPod player, very comfortable linen, and its own patio. The finish throughout the structure is exquisite, as are the tiles and landscaping. You can see the vineyards of Talley winery and the organic farms from several vantage points on the property. Tony and Pat, and their intelligent Icelandic sheepherder, Kona, are superb hosts, excellent cooks (except Kona) and guides to the surrounding area. Add the 25 meter pool and the bocce ball court, and you have amenities which would justify more than four cabins on the premises. Arroyo Grande valley, and the surrounding southern San Luis Obispo county is a wonderful area to visit and to explore, but we found it hard to leave the Casitas.

Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For holiday weekends or when you or your party reserve more than one room, we will refund your deposit provided that you give more than 30 days notice. Within 30 days, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing the Casitas.

Wonderful small B&B. Beautiful view of the countryside (it's on a hill side) plus beautiful landscaping. Extra comfy beds, and a gourmet breakfast served in your room at the time you pick.

We've stayed here twice and hope to again. It is a lovely place and Pat and Tony are wonderful hosts! We've stayed in Mariposa and Cielo. They each have outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

Tony and Pat are exceptional hosts. The setting is absolutely gorgeous, and the rooms leave nothing to be desired. This property is right in the middle of Central Coast wine country and close to the Historic Village of Arroyo Grande. The breakfast is made to order with fresh ingredients and perfectly prepared. We will be back!
