    • Minimum stay: Weekends (Fri or Sat) and holidays require 2 night stay.

    • Cancellations: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For holiday weekends or when you or your party reserve more than one room, we will refund your deposit provided that you give more than 30 days notice. Within 30 days, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room(s) for the same rate. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. Please note that our Reservation and Cancellation Policies are a vital part of managing the Casitas.

    We highly recommend this B&B! Such a beautiful property and room. Tony & Pat are very nice and made us feel special. The breakfast was delicious! Everything was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. Great place to relax! If you are planning a trip to this area, this B&B is a MUST STAY!!!!

    This is by far one of the best bed and breakfast facilities I have ever stayed at. The rooms are fantastic and big, the breakfast wonderful and it was sooooo relaxing. I would stay here again and again....

    Low-key atmosphere, wonderful service, incredible breakfast, BEST MASCOT, KONA dog, we love you! Sheets to die for, yes, we had to buy a set! Lovely setting, couldn't ask for more!

    We live onlhy 15 minutes away, but once we were at The Casitas, it was like we were in a different place. Relaxing, quite and peaceful!!! The views are georgeous and the service awsome!!! A perfect destination for any occation getway!!!

    The innkeepers make you feel like the most important guest in the facility. they are warm and gracious. The attention to detail from the decor to the cleanliness to the landscaping is amazing. A quality stay on every level. the breakfasts are to die for. This is such a treat. I would arrange for have anyone with whom I am really trying to impress, to stay here.
