Our charming guest cottage opened October 2013! We are located adjacent to the historic York Mountain Winery and right off of West Highway 46's famed wine route, along rural, picturesque York Mtn. Road. Each newly built private cottage suite offers you country serenity coupled with down-home farmhouse comfort, with just a touch of city chic thrown in for good measure. So whether you enjoy watching the sun rise over the vineyards or partaking of evening stargazing while sipping your favorite local wine, you can do both from the privacy of your outdoor patio or picture window. Come experience what peaceful wine country life is all about.

We had such a lovely (second) visit. This is such a special place -- none of the details are lost on us. Beautiful. And we love Shadow. Happy Holidays!

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay and truly appreciated the privacy. We never knew goats were so social and inquisitive, and hope to try milking next time we visit. The homemade chevre was out of this world -- I wish I could have filled the trunk of my car with it.

Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations and the amazing breakfasts. The goat cheese was the best I've ever had, and I hated to leave any of the homemade jam behind. This has been the best vacation we have had in many years, and we'll be back for sure.

We had an amazing time at a little organic farm & cottages! All the notes and personal touches made us feel so at home. From the bottle of wine and beautiful breakfast baskets to the lantern you left on the barbecue, we couldn't have felt more welcome. We enjoyed adoring Shadow, milking the goats and stargazing at night. It really was a perfect getaway, and we hope to return. Thanks!

My husband and I visited a little organic farm to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and found a bottle of champagne and a beautiful flower arrangement in our room upon arrival – a very welcoming touch. The property is amazing and taking in the sunrise on our private patio was a great way to start each day. The rooms are comfortably appointed with top quality linens (I need to get some of these 600 thread count sheets!) and the best bed I've ever slept in. Breakfast was scrumptious, and the Peet's dark roast coffee and top-of-the-line coffee maker eliminated the need to go out for coffee. Half and half too! Nice!

We were traveling through California with our bicycles, stopping along the way at scenic spots to spend a few days and take in the scenery on our bikes. We hadn't planned to stay in the Paso Robles area, but when we found a little organic farm, we decided to stay for a couple of days and get some riding in. So glad we did. We did a gorgeous loop, taking Old Creek Rd. to Cayucos and then riding on Hwy. 1 to Cambria and then taking Santa Rosa Creek Rd. back to Hwy. 46. When we returned, we enjoyed wine on the patio and grilled some steaks on the brand new professional grill. This is a fabulous B&B with the cleanest rooms we've ever seen. Thank you for the hospitality and wonderful accommodations.

It's truly unique how this B&B reveals itself. As you drive up the gravel road to the tree line, huge oaks welcome you onto the property and baby goats run along the fence line to greet you. Just ahead the oaks give way to a clearing where the charming guest cottage awaits ... and those gorgeous views! This peaceful and relaxing setting seems miles from civilization but is just a few minutes off of 46 West. We like to split our trips between the West Side wineries and the coast, and this location is the perfect jumping off point to head in either direction. Our suite was comfortable and private, and we appreciated the architectural details and green building design. Each morning we awoke to an amazing sunrise through the huge picture window and a delicious and creative breakfast with fresh baked goodies and homemade jam and goat cheese. The handwritten 'thank you' note we received after we returned home was a nice personal touch.

Highly recommended! This B&B is a hidden gem, private and serene but just a couple of minutes off of 46 West. Gary and Cindy are wonderful and accommodating hosts. We planned to spend some of our time bicycling on the beautiful Central Coast backroads, but my husband forgot to bring his helmet. No problem – Gary was happy to loan out his and it was a perfect fit. We really appreciated the ECO friendly cottage building and the creative way in which our suite was finished and furnished. Our suite looked brand new, making us feel like we were the very first guests. The bed and linens are to die for! Breakfast was also very creative and delicious. Fresh baked goods and even freshly made goat cheese on our last day when we weren't even expecting breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning, and we enjoyed it on the patio while we watched the last of the sunrise. The view and surroundings are amazing from the top-of-the-hill location. Don't miss the goat milking, which is a very fun experience to try, and the baby goats are just too cute. And all of the above was topped off by a fresh flower arrangement and a complimentary bottle of wine, making us feel welcome and right at home.
