ROOM 7: Room Seven is an adorable room located on the Courtyard side of the hotel. This room has a flat screen TV, a free standing electric Amish fireplace and sitting area as well as French doors that open to a private patio, the garden, pool and Jacuzzi. The bathroom contains an oval tub with a private atrium as well as a shower.
ROOM 15: Room Fifteen (The Rose Room) is a deluxe room with California King bed, and is located upstairs on the courtyard side of the hotel with a view of the garden, pool and Jacuzzi area. This room also has a flat screen TV, tub/shower, gas fireplace and French doors that open to a balcony for a view of the garden, pool and Jacuzzi area.
ROOM 18: Room Eighteen is a deluxe queen room located upstairs on the courtyard side of the hotel, overlooking the garden and pool area. This room is one of the largest rooms and has a gas fireplace, kitchenette, tub/shower as well as a sitting area. This room also has a balcony for a view of the garden, pool and Jacuzzi area.
ROOM 4: Room Four is one of the larger standard queen rooms and has a sitting area with a free standing electric Amish fireplace, a window seat as well as a tub/shower and flat screen TV. This room is located on the ground floor and the Chapala Street side of the hotel, with a mountain view.
ROOM 8: Room Eight is a standard queen located on the courtyard side of the hotel with French doors opening to a private patio, the pool, garden and Jacuzzi area. This cozy room has a sitting area as well as a tub/shower and flat screen TV.
ROOM 17: Room Seventeen is a deluxe King located upstairs on the courtyard side of the hotel with a view of the garden, pool and Jacuzzi area. This room has a flat screen TV, tub/shower, gas fireplace and French doors that open to a balcony for a view of the garden, pool and Jacuzzi area.
ROOM 1: Room One is a cozy corner room located on the ground floor with lots of windows, a sitting area and couch. Room One is on the Chapala Street side of the hotel with a mountain view. This room is located off the front lobby and includes a free standing electric Amish fireplace, tub/shower and flat screen TV.

Villa Rossa is a good value. The hot tub and pool are nice. The rooms are somewhat outdated. The staff was really helpful. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great for beach and restaurant access, and the afternoon wine and cheese was a nice touch. We were a bit frustrated with the toilet in our room - it had a sensitive handle, and if you didn't get it just right you had to reach into the tank to get the stopper to seal and allow the tank to fill up (and stop running water noisily!). Breakfast was good enough that we didn't have to plan a mid-morning snack, like we do with the usual tasteless shelf-stable stuff you'd expect at a chain hotel. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We spent more than we would normally spend to stay here, but it was a pleasant break. No regrets.

Very cozy and loved the design and decorations. The only thing I didn't like was the bathroom. It seemed to not fit with the rest of the room and felt like a "cell" the walls were bare and it just seemed out of place. I stayed in room #8

Went to the Villa Rosa Inn to get away from the city for a night and I was quite pleased with the inn and its staff. The room was fantastic--quiet, clean, with a charming balcony overlooking the pool. Staff was kind, helpful, pleasant. Great location. I find myself now making up reasons to get away again, just to stay here.
