BELVEDERE HOUSE is centrally and conveniently located right above the famous Castro district – and just a short distance from Golden Gate Park, the historic Haight-Ashbury, and the UCSF medical campus. There are a number of busses and streetcars around the corner, easily connecting you to anywhere you’d like to go in San Francisco. And you will find a parking spot on the streets of our tree-lined, residential neighborhood. Truly San Francisco Rule Number One – there are no rules. For starters, we don't tell you when to have breakfast. Instead, you will find a delicious buffet ready for you every morning till noon – from fresh fruit to our own espresso machine. All our rooms offer cable TV, stereo TV-DVD-CD combos, their own telephone/modem line, writing desks, steam irons with ironing boards, personal lock boxes, and refrigerators with complimentary refreshments. We also provide free wireless high-speed internet access throughout the entire house and a laptop for guest use is available free of charge.

My wife and I stayed at the Belvedere House back in August during our vacation. We toured the PCH from San Francisco to San Diego hitting six different B&B's along the way. Belvedere House was by far the best. We had a great time there. You are not restricted to breakfast at a particular time. If your an early riser you can get your breakfast and be on your way for the day. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. I wished we'd spent more time there.

We had a great experience at Belvedere House! The hosts are extremely nice, very helpful with tips about San Francisco and the Bay Area. The house is amazing: very nicely decorated, felt like home! The rooms are very spacious, with very comfy beds and great personal touches to make you feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices on pastries, cakes, bagels and cookies, as well as fresh fruit, many choices of teas and coffee. I wish we had planned on staying longer! And the Halloween decorations were great!!
