    Directions: The most common route is to exit Hwy 50 in Shingle Springs at Ponderosa Road. Go north and make an immediate right on to N. Shingle Road; you are still right by the freeway. Follow this road, which gets renamed to Lotus Rd., for about 7 miles. When you see Mountain Firewood, (a large firewood operation on the right), turn left on to Springvale Rd..
