The Beach Bungalow Inn and Suites is a 12 room, PET (small K9's only) friendly property that is located in a lovely down town location on the primary path to the beach and bay. The charming Bungalow style guest rooms give you the relaxed atmosphere and warm feeling of days gone by with all of the luxury of a modern experience. Enjoy a foggy evening in front of the fireplace in your room or watch the sunset from your garden patio. The beauty of the hard wood floors and cleanliness of the rooms will permit you to forget the world you left behind. The unique garden setting will enhance your stay and you may find yourself enjoying a cup of tea or a glass of wine in the evening while you listen to the sounds of the ocean waves.     An Amazing Stay

    The Beach Bungalow Inn and Suites were just what we needed after a long drive - a perfect view of Morro Rock, a clean and well appointed room (and an upgrade at check-in!), a beautiful shower, and a fireplace to warm us during the night fog. The staff was friendly and helpful and the Inn is just a few short blocks from the bay-front restaurants and shops. The "breakfast" portion is in vouchers for the restaurants on the bay- Frank and Lola's is what we chose, and it was a great breakfast! Large full portions of whatever entree is on the menu plus coffee. It was a great stay and we definitely recommend them!

    Amazing B&B

    If you are looking for a spotless, cozy and comfortable place to stay with awesome views, then this is it!! My Husband and I went for our 27th anniversary and spent a romantic evening curled up by the fire.We had excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. Absolutely worth the price. Very laid back town with nice people.

    We stayed here in mid-October, mid-week, so avoided the crowded tourist times. While I love dogs, I'm allergic so we chose one of the corner suites as they are kept exclusively for guests without pets. The renovations are extremely well-done, the decor attractive & comfortable, and having a full kitchen & two bathrooms was very welcome. I appreciated the quick email reply from Jim Bray in answer to my pre-booking question, and especially appreciated his savvy recommendation for our next stop on this driving trip (in Monterey). We really liked the easy-to-use fireplaces and extensive TV channels. The only recommendation I have - and it's a minor one - is to provide a larger place for toiletries inside the shower (e.g., a floor-to-ceiling tension pole with attached racks/baskets which wouldn't require any permanent changes). We especially appreciated the unique way of offering breakfast - we ate at two of the spots, both of which were excellent in their own ways. We lost our covered parking place the second night, which made me wonder how tight it might be during peak season, but for this stay it was no problem. Both of us have traveled extensively around the world, and enjoyed this unpretentious, attractive, comfortable spot in a part of CA worth the trip.

    Great room. Close to the beach and centrally located to sites in the central coast such as Hearst Castle, Paso Robles, SLO and more. The rooms were upgraded with hardwood floors, fireplace, flat screen tvs and refrigerator. Breakfast was offsite but there are three restaurants they partner with. We did not eat at all of the them but Frankie and Lolas had an amazing breakfast! Beware: not everything you get is included i.e. juice. Would def stay here again.

    It was ok

    Nice fresh rooms located a few blocks from the beach. Not sure where some of their website pics come from but there is no deck like the one pictured on the website. Breakfast is offsite at one of three places. Converted motel with no external ambiance. But my wife liked the room! Front office closes at like 6pm.
