    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3:00 PM    Check Out: 11:00AM

    • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimun maybe more depending on holiday

    • Deposit Amount Required: Yes, $300. Refunded as long as no damage, keys not lost and rental contract adhered to. $150 cleaning fee. Please call for details.

    • Cancellations: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will a 10% processing fee. 

Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made twenty-nine (29) days or less of the arrival date, are subject to the following fees: 
29 days to 14 days prior to arrival: 20% of deposit & 20% of total reservation. 
13 days and under: 50% of security deposit and 50% of total reservation. 
If under (B) the house is re-rented during these dates, the fees default to (A) 
Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
