Manka's is set amidst bays flanked by white cliffs, rich farmland stretching into 80,000 acres of parkland, pristine beaches, ridges forested in Douglas fir, laurel, and redwoods, valleys and endless meadows filled with wildflowers.

Miles of trails give hikers and bikers freedom to find their own hidden spot. Two thousand acres of Audubon nature reserve encompass wetland and shoreline, providing habitat for migratory birds, nesting grounds for osprey, cormorant, and pelican. Tulle elk, foxes, and deer patrol the headlands.

The numerous beaches provide ample opportunity for swimming, surfing, kayaking, and relaxing in the dunes. Dramatic scenery, whale watching, a historic lighthouse and horseback riding round out our landscape.
