SeaBreeze Inn is perched on a hillside above beautiful Moonlight Beach, overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the quaint little beach community of Leucadia.
Each of our 4 lovely guest suites are ultra-fresh-and-clean with plush linens, private bathrooms, wireless internet, refrigerator and cable TV.
SeaBreeze is unmatched in service and quality. Your hostess, Ann Dunham, is known far and wide for her scrumptious homemade bread, muffins & rolls and her fresh-ground Starbucks coffee. Ann loves to entertain our guests and keeps a perfect inn.

Walk to Moonlight Beach to swim, body surf, use our boogie-boards, play volleyball, or just relax and watch dozens (or hundreds!) of world-class surfers. Keep an eye out for Gray Whales and Bottlenose Dolphin.
Swami's Surf Beach (made famous in the Beach Boys hit song "Surfin' Safari") is just 6 blocks south down legendary Highway 101. The world’s finest surfers surf Swami’s and Moonlight Beach every day of the year.

- Minimum stay required (All rates are based on a minimum two-night stay. Add $25 for one-night stays.)
- Smoking is not allowed (Smokers are welcome so long as you take a stroll to the park)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (One night's stay by credit card.)
- Check in time is 2:30 and Check out time is Noon
- Cancellations:
Because we're a small B&B, we cannot afford last minute cancellations. If you've booked a one or two night stay, your deposit will be refunded if you give us 10 days written notice. See our website for the cancellation policy on stays of 3 nights or more.

Ann loves to spend time on the phone with our two daughters (downtown Chicago and Regis University in Denver) and especially enjoys entertaining our guests. Terry is a retired President/CEO of a national training company (By Referral Only, Inc). Now that he is retired, Terry is an avid birder, the coordinator for Oceanside's annual Christmas Bird Count and an active member, board member or director of all three of San Diego's Audubon Societies. - The innkeepers speak: English, Spanish
