We had a fabulous time staying at the Durham House Inn. It was relaxing and beautiful. We ended up having to bring our 2 young kids with us and she was very sweet and accommodating about it. We definitely plan to go back again on our own. The breakfast was beyond delicious!

I am always a bit hesitant when staying at B and B's, but WOW, is this one ever spectacular! The service is amazing, the rooms are beautiful and the bed is extremely comfortable. Each room has it's own private balcony. Cheryl, the owner, is terrific. Made me feel extremely welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this house!!!

I spent three days at the Durham House while visiting my daughter in Chico. It was absolutely breathtaking. The architecture of the house itself is incredible, not to mention the tasteful, creatively placed period decor. The gardens are a feast for the senses, with little surprises-statues, fountains, hidden destinations- woven throughout the grounds. I stayed in the cottage, the decor of which dazzled me the the whole of my stay. Cheryl's breakfasts were inspired, fresh and delish. I can't say enough good things about the Durham House, and can't wait to stay again, and to recommend it to my friends. Thanks to the owners for all that they have invested in making their B and B a delightful, luxurious experience.

I lived in this house from April 1992 to Nov 1992. I can't wait to visit it again.

The place is just amazing. Pictures don't do it justice. I literally could spend hours exploring this house and the grounds. Cheryl is great. I would recommend this inn to anyone.
