  Cancellations: For a full refund or to reschedule the Date of Arrival we require a minimum of three day advance notice prior to your Date of Arrival, by Noon local time. Room rates vary by seasons, special events and days of the week. If higher rate is applicable to the rescheduled dates, you must pay the difference at the time of rescheduling.
