Located across the street from the University of California at Berkeley and just a short walking distance from Haas Business School, Law school, Sather Gate, International House, Campanile, and the Greek Theater, the historical building is adjacent to Caffe Strada and the Berkeley Art Museum. The Adagia restautarant, which is a favorite of patrons of Cal perfoemances, is only a half a block from the hotel.

There is one queen bed per room. Complimentary continental breakfast is also included with the room.
