The Manor Guest House, built in 1902 is a restored mansion located in the heart of the city of Vancouver, a block from City Hall and walking distance to such landmarks as Queen Elizabeth Park, Granville Island, Chinatown and Gastown. The Manor offers a wide range of accommodations, from the self-contained Penthouse with its spectacular, unobstructed view of the city, to king or twin rooms with private bath, or cozy rooms with shared bath. For business travelers, we have wireless internet and we will accommodate early departure and late arrivals. We've been recommended by the New York Times as the bed and breakfast of choice in Vancouver.

2.4 out of 5Great location, but....
September 20, 2012
The upholstered furniture needs cleaning. Bed very comfortable but the linen was below par. The pillows had an odour. Overall not clean. Saying that the place has been restored to "Edwardian Splendour" is a gross over-statement. No DVD, no hair dryer, no radio, no air conditioning. TV tiny and difficult to watch. Furniture old and in need of repair and cleaning! Other than the location and the great breakfast, would not recommend this place and would not stay here again.
3.6 out of 5During the Winter Olympics
November 29, 2010
I stayed here 7 nights during the Winter Olympics. The room was a bit sparse, but the bed was very comfortable. The innkeeper was friendly and helpful. The food was plentiful but not fancy. The best thing about it was location, location, location. The inn was 1-1/2 blocks from a bus line that took me to both of my Olympics venues (curling, hockey).
5 out of 5Great Location and Freindly Staff
June 05, 2009
We were very pleased with the wonderful stay we had at the Manor House. The location was perfect for our walking tour of Vancouver, the bed was perfect, breakfast wonderful and the staff very freindly and helpful with any questions. We would definately stay here again and encourage others to do the same. The rooms were also very clean and the rate quite reasonable.
