If " no show " - 1 full night deposit will be charge. " No show " reservations of 2 or more nights will be charged 50% of the total reservation + $25.00 administration fee.

After crossing the bridge turn right on Marine Drive and follow this Street for approx. 12 minutes to Lonsdale Ave , than turn right again and drive to blocks down to # 1 Street, than turn left and keep driving 4 blocks ( our address is 462 E.1st Street and we are 4 blocks of Lonsdale Ave.) " Ocean Breeze B&B " is located on the left hand side and you will see large visible sign as well as many lights

      Vancouver Airport is located approximately 40 minutes outside .Coming from the Airport follow all other cars , than take Exit SE.Marine Drive.Follow this Street till large intersection Boundary Road and turn left. Keep driving straight for approx.25 minutes until you see Hastings Street.Turn left on Hasting , drive straight few blocks to Hwy # 1 WEST ( turn right ), cross " Iron workers Memorial Bridge ) , take second exit" 23 A" ( MAIN Street )and follow for 10 minutes till St. Davids Street ( large Bus Depot ) ,turn left and drive 2 blocks down to # 1 Street. Turn right on # 1Street and drive half a block. You will find " Ocean Breeze Bed and Breakfast " on the righ hand side with large " Welcome " sign.
