1910 heritage home in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Opened in 2000 with a total refurbishing. Rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms and their own TV/VCR and wireless internet. Delicious breakfasts are served in the Formal dining room or in the garden. Our home is in walking distance to some of Vancouver's finest restaurants and is very close to major bus routes. Not having a car is not a problem. Our home is yours to enjoy including use of the piano, the video library and the family sitting room. GOOD VALUE + GOOD TIMES GREYSTONE B&B

Greystone B&B lived up to both its reviews and expectation. Graham went out of his way to make us feel welcome as well as providing us with all the help we needed. Gemstone B&B comes highly recommended.

This B&B is a hidden jewel. Gracious hosts Graham and Lee make every effort to make one comfortable. Beds are soooo comfortable Rooms are super clean. Chef Graham's breakfasts are sumptuous and filling. (No scrimping on quality or amounts). We definitely will be visiting The Greystone again.

I only stayed here one night but was impressed. This was the first time ever staying at a B&B for me. Adorable home and ensuite room was comfortable and homey. Super convenient to Kitsilano shopping district and public transport with a short walk. I should have given more stars but the home is just a teeny bit in need of a remodel. The private bathroom was adequate and fine, but a bit old. The host was a nice gentleman who made a very good American style breakfast (maybe Canadian?) but I was not so hungry. The main reason I tried a B&B was I was traveling alone and I'd hoped to meet and chat with other travelers. There were no other guests on this Thursday night and the hosts keep to themselves so I only really talked to their dog (who was a great listener!).

This is my 4th time staying at Greysyone B&B and it was an excellent experience as always. It's a short walk to restaurants, bars and shops on Broadway and 4th, the beach, Granville Island and downtown.

It is always nice staying at the Greystone. Graham and Lee are wonderful hosts, and it is obvious they enjoy what they do. The atmosphere is very casual, so you can really relax and feel at home. Happy hour is a nice touch too! The Greystone is a lovely heritage home on a beautiful tree-lined street in a quiet neighbourhood. Being an old home, the rooms are "cozy", but we have never found the size to be an issue at all. They are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfasts are a real feast, well above and beyond the average B&B. There is a huge selection of goodies on offer, including cereal, granola, fruit, yogurt, toast, warm muffins straight from the oven, juice, tea, coffee etc. On top of all that there is a full cooked breakfast. You won't leave the table hungry. We've stayed many times and have always had a great experience.

We had a very enjoyable stay in the Shaughnessy Room at Greystone. Graham and Lee were warm and welcoming, and Graham was very accommodating regarding some special dietary needs. The room was very comfortable (ummm, softest pillows!), with a lovely private deck. The neighborhood was lovely for an evening stroll, and the other guests were friendly and interesting. I plan to stay here again in the future.

We didn't have as much time to plan our Vancouver trip as we would have liked, but that wasn't a no matter, because Graham and Lee were outstanding hosts, giving us several suggestions about what to do and see. Five days were packed with more food and activities than we could have expected. The breakfast was ample and delicious, and a great neighborhood within reasonable walking distance to shops. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay with them again.

Wonderful location, friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts

Our family of 4 loved our spacious apartment living for 2 days at the end of March - separate bedrooms for teens and parents, a place to spread out the maps and guide books or read a magazine (all provided), a kettle and tea to warm us on the cool rainy day, and a perfect location to explore the diverse area of Vancouver. We walked (with borrowed umbrellas) about 20 min to Granville Island,10-15 min to Graham's outstanding recommendations for dim sum, sushi and Indian restaurants, and then drove 15 min into downtown and also in the opposite direction into the UBC campus. Couldn't ask for a better location, a more delicious and complete breakfast and a more accommodating and enjoyable host! Greystone is a real gem!

Graham and Lee
Graham recently retired from the private tennis club business so "service" is second nature. Interests include most sports, particularly soccer. A lover of good wine and good company.
