Wonderful location, friendly hosts and delicious breakfasts

Our family of 4 loved our spacious apartment living for 2 days at the end of March - separate bedrooms for teens and parents, a place to spread out the maps and guide books or read a magazine (all provided), a kettle and tea to warm us on the cool rainy day, and a perfect location to explore the diverse area of Vancouver. We walked (with borrowed umbrellas) about 20 min to Granville Island,10-15 min to Graham's outstanding recommendations for dim sum, sushi and Indian restaurants, and then drove 15 min into downtown and also in the opposite direction into the UBC campus. Couldn't ask for a better location, a more delicious and complete breakfast and a more accommodating and enjoyable host! Greystone is a real gem!

Stayed at this lovely B&B during a recent stay in Vancouver. Unlike the wet weather, was charming, warm and friendly. The location was perfect for our needs, in a quiet residential area, close to transportation. We had the "basement apt." which provided us with privacy and space. The breakfasts were more than ample and truly delicious. Would highly recommend.

This bed and breakfast is very homey and cozy, the owner absolutely delightful and clearly enjoys and takes seriously the operation of the b+b. The house is old and creaky though so if you are a light sleeper, do be prepared to wake up when everyone else wakes up. In my case it was very early. It is all a bit quirky and cute for my personal taste, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable and the owner very helpful. It worked perfectly for my needs.

This was an excellent B&B and we'll definitely be coming back. We felt really welcome and had gourmet breakfast each day. Loved it!

Had a great time, in quiet street but in reasonable walking distance of shops, buses and beach. Suite was ideal for 3 adults with ample kitchen equipment. Would definitely consider going back if ever return to Vancouver.

We really enjoyed our stay at Greystone B&B. Graham and Lee were friendly and gracious hosts and we loved having Happy Hour with them. The best homemade wine I have ever had. They are very interesting and kind hosts. The room was quaint and cozy and warm and the bed was so very comfortable. I could have stayed there for so much longer. Very good price, and a very convenient location to visit with our daughter attending UBC. We walked everywhere! The breakfast was so delicious and we were so very well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. I look forward to it.

Graham & Lee were really kind. My wife and I deeply thank them for their hospitality. Although the house was old, I could see they have made every effort to make the place clean and lovely. Most of all, We definitely enjoyed every breakfast. The food was beyond our expectations. Next time we get to have a chance to visit Vancouver again, we'll definitely visit here again.

Graham and Lee
Graham recently retired from the private tennis club business so "service" is second nature. Interests include most sports, particularly soccer. A lover of good wine and good company.
