Located on Vancouver's convenient and popular West Side, an upscale, self-contained, 825 sq.' garden suite. There are 2 bedrooms. One has a king, the other a queen bed & the living room a double sofabed. There is a private entry, patio, phone & TAD; TV, Cable, DVD/VCR, Hi-speed Internet, bookshelf stereo with CD/cassette/FM; 1 bathroom with tub/shower, full kitchen, in suite laundry and bicycles/helmets. Guests are provided weekly linen changes and cleaning service. Breakfast is not served. The suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit & baking, coffee & tea preparation supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the 1st morning. Beyond that, we recommend the many wonderful restaurants, within walking distance. Many sidewalk cafes and wonderful boutique shopping, as well as, several parks/beaches are within easy walking distance

From Blaine, WA: stay on Highway 99 from the border crossing. It becomes Oak St., in Vancouver. Remain on Oak until Broadway, approximately 4 miles. Turn left on Broadway. Follow Broadway to Waterloo Street and turn right. Go two blocks, to West 7th Ave and turn left. Kitsilano Cottage is in the middle of this block on your right.
From Trans Canada Highway #1, take the Grandview Highway Exit. Remain on Grandview Hyw as it becomes 12th Ave and eventually melds into 10th Ave. A few blocks past this transition, turn right on Blenhiem St. One block to West Broadway. Turn left and go one block to Waterloo St and turn right. Go two blocks, to West 7th Ave and turn left. Kitsilano Cottage is in the middle of this block on your right. - Nearest major airport: Vancouver, BC, Canada (YVR-Intl.) 5 miles

The 2007/8 base rate on this suite is $225CA(2007: Oct.15 to Dec.19th; 2008; Jan 07th to Mar 13th; Mar.31st to May 15th; and Oct.16th to Dec 18th) and $265CA (Dec. 20th to Jan. 06/08; Mar. 14th to Mar. 30th; May 16th to Oct. 09th and Dec. 19th to Jan. 08th/08), for a single or double sharing. The rate for additional adults is $50CAN and for children, 12 and under is $20CAN per night. The additional adult rate applies to a second adult, using the second bedroom, (Twin occupancy)

Breakfast is not served. On your arrival, the suite is provisioned with, fresh fruit and baking, coffee and tea preparation supplies for a complimentary, self catered, continental breakfast, for the first morning.

30 day Cancellation Policy. For reservations not cancelled 30 days prior to the proposed check in date, the total amount, for the full stay, will be billed to the provided credit card number. If we are able to sell the time, or part of it to another party, those proceeds can be refunded. The maximum refund amount is up to the cost of your reservation, less a minimum, one night's stay price, for your group, to recover costs. - Accepted by the following agencies:
