Crustless Quiche does not have a pastry crust, thus eliminating the extra fat. Crust can either be hash brown potatoes or biscuit. Fillings vary with the seasons.
Apple Pizza has a very thin crust with a apple filling or other fruits in season, eg. peaches, with a crumb topping, served with chesses or whipped cream

Mary is a former physical education and home economics teacher and just finished teaching tourism, cooking, sewing and business education with Family Management. She is very qualified in all areas of the Bed and Breakfast trade. Mary's certifications include Food Safe, Super Host I & II, Super Host Japan and Tourism I & II. Both Dale & Mary are world travelers during their off season. - The innkeepers speak: Hungarian, English
