Willow - premium suite with king bed using fine linens, separate day-room with 32 inch satellite TV, sofa, dining table, fridge, m/wave, tea/coffee area, contemporary bathroom, private garden terrace area and optional breakfast room service.
Skydeck at the rear of Cloudside Inn, with fabulous views along the lake. Guest access to the house, from private, off-street parking lot, is via the steps to the right.
Cedar - spacious room with queen and single bed, private bathroom, lake/mountain/city view.
Fir - smaller, cozy room with one double bed and en suite bathroom.
Pine - bright room with one queen and one double bed, full bathroom shared with one other room. Great view out over the downtown to the lake and mountains.
Spruce - medium-sized standard room with one queen bed, adjacent bathroom shared with one other room.
Tamarack Apartment - two separate queen bedrooms, full kitchen, full bathroom, fabulous view, satellite TV, private entrance with small balcony. 850 sq.ft.
Large sundeck for guest-only use at the quiet rear of the house.

Cloudside Inn is a perfect match for Nelson. On a quiet street itself, only a block away (downhill) is the restaurant and shopping center of the small town. The Inn itself is run by hosts gracious to a fault (if that is possible). Several small patios areas allow for tranquil, even cosy respites for reading and/or relaxing. The interiors are aesthetically pleasing and immaculate. You can do Nelson differently, but not any better.

Chris, Sally and their lovely family provided a very enjoyable stay for us. We were able to reserve the upper floor with two bed rooms, kitchen, living area and bath and it was perfect for our needs. Cloudside is in a perfect location for a walking tour of Nelson. We would stay here again and would encourage others to so also. The front and rear decks are beautifully landscaped, rooms very clean, beds perfect and breakfast was excellent.
