Rent a car at the airport and drive to the Tsawassen ferry terminal. Take BCFerries to Nanaimo (2 hours). Drive into Nanaimo where you will find the Gabriola Ferry Terminal across from the Port Place Shopping Mall. Take the ferry to Gabriola (20 minutes).
Alternatively take a taxi to the Seaplane terminal at Vancouver airport. Tofino Air flys directly to Silva Bay on Gabriola Island. - Meeting places:
