Inn Details
Hawthorn House offers a beautiful ocean and mountain view, and the fun of a quick walk to our near-by village with it’s shops, cafes and summer art gallery.
The B&B, surrounded by lovely flower gardens, has a large lawn with a picnic table and chairs for reading.
Each of our rooms has a lovely private bath and a great bed. We start with a premium pillow-topped mattress, add pure cotton linens, down pillows and a duvet, then top it all off with a colorful patchwork quilt.

Take the ferry from Buckley Bay (on Hwy. 19A) to Denman Island. Drive up the ferry hill and turn left at the top of the hill onto Northwest Road. Pass through tiny village area. Take the first left after passing the General Store onto Kirk Road. The B&B is the second house on the left - park in the small parking area just off the road. - Nearest major airport: Vancouver, BC, Canada (YVR-Intl.)

Take BC Ferries sailing from Tswassan across the Georgia Straight to Duke Point on Vancouver Island. Drive north on Hwy. 19 to Buckley Bay. Follow directions as above.
