    Ipanema is an interesting place to visit, besides the famous beach, there is  the lagoon „Lagoa Rodriogo de Feitas“  surrounded by recreational ans sports areas, bike hire and entertainment kiosks for food, drinks and music, a spectacular landscape with a big biodiversity and great views to Corcovado and part of the Atlantic Rainforest. The B&B is located almost opposite the lagoon, a few meters from Ipanema beach and Posto 9. The B&B is in an old and small residential and family building of 1938, has no elevator and is located on the 2nd  floor  with only one large staircase. GLS are welcome.
