    The flat is ample and has windows which open up to the beauty of the Sugar Loaf and Guanabara Bay. The guest bedroom, living room and bathroom all are spacious and comfortable. The flat ends with a small and open backyard garden. It is in 15 minute walking distance from the underground station and there are other available options to reach it. As Santa Teresa is in the higher part of Rio, on a hill top, it is very breezy and cool in hot days, temperatures here always cooler than in the lower parts of the city.
