Located at the base of Morro do Lampiao, Floripa Key has an awesome view of Hercilio Luz Bridge, Cambirela and Pedra Branca mountains. The environment is relaxing with many fruit trees and animals. With decoration inspired on Indonesia, the house has a water fountain at the living room that brings even more peace. Florianopolis island is full of magic between it's 42 beaches and we offer transportation to and from the airport, tours to its beautiful sites, restaurants and nightlife. we are close to Pequeno Principe Avenue where you will find the bus stop, supermarkets, drugstore and restaurants. Walking distance from Campeche Beach, Point do Riozinho and Campeche Island, you can practice many sports: surf, kite surf and diving. The house is equipped with pool, jacuzzi, complete kitchen, dinning area, tv area, 4 rooms ( one with private bathroom), wifi, cable tv, air conditioneir, fireplace, mini ramp and doll house. the house hosts Gilberto, Nathália and Aianan are into sports, healthy food, hotel business, real state, cooking and education. Real State,Languages spoken: Portuguese, English and Spanish.
