"OUTSTANDING!"

"I am happy to review this B&B that we picked to celebrate my Birthday w/e in October. Of all the B&B's I've stayed at this was my favorite. Loved the 1880's home with original furniture. Beautiful property with deer and even coyote's! Very picturesque. The proprietors Kathy & Joe were exceptionally friendly, doting and just nice to be around if you needed anything. The candlelit breakfast's were equal to a 5 star restaurant's. The scones were to die for. They even surprised us with chocolate covered strawberry's in the room with a card to wish me a happy birthday. There is plenty to do in the area. I particularly liked the Storm King 500 acre outdoor park/museum. Coquito Spanish restaurant/bar was fun for dining and dancing on my Saturday birthday. Great place! Newburgh waterfront isn't far and great for eats and being on the Hudson River. Sugarloaf was also aninteresting town for crafts and meeting the local artists. Bear Mt is close and there are plenty of hiking trails and wineries. The Brotherhood winery is very close and the oldest winery in NYS. They have a guided tour. I have already recommended this B&B to a few members of my family. You can't go wrong! Thanks to Kathy & Joe! And by the way...Joe would make a great waiter!"
