The house is located in a lovely neighbourhood of the city center. It is a very untypical space which caracterise this historical part of Brussels at best. From the street, the house is nothing special, but behind is hidden a surprising place ! On a side, a balconny gives a view on a small private street inside the block, and on the other, we find the garden, accessible from the garage. Both rooms are convenient for either short or long term stay (double bed, wardrobe, wifi). Intimacy and userfriendly ! The garden and living spaces are all accessible. Far from three pedal strokes of the the essential « Manneken Pis etc... », the neighborhood is famous for its typical restaurants, bars and art galleries. It is nonetheless popular and multicultural. Our house is, besides, exceptionaly calm for its location. For transport, there are many options. We provide some bicycles to our guests who desire to discover the city sportively. (There are very nice bike tours that we could recommend.) . The metro stations are located at 200m (line 1 and 5) and 500m (line 2 and 6), and the three main train stations are only 15 minutes walk (Central, North and South). We’d be happy to help you organizing your stay, please contact us for any question.
In this wooden floor room, you will find a confortable bed of 1,60m wide, a spot with light, armchair and a console with some information about Brussels (maps, biking tour, Art Nouveau and secret tour of the city). Decoration is simple but pure. We provide towels and clean sheets. There is internet connexion through the house wifi. There is the space to add a single bed.

It is very easy from the Metro station "Sainte Catherine" (line 1 and 5). Out of the station, you are on a big place (the old fish market): walk in the opposite side of the church till the end of the water spots (the end of the place). There, on the left, you'll see two nights shops on the corners of Locqenghien street, take the street and turn the first on the left, this is Ophem street! maps.google.be/maps?oeutf-8&clientfirefox-a&q22+rue+d%27ophem&ieUTF-8&hq&hnear0x47c3c38f334d53af:0x867d493433ae1ed9,Rue+d%27Ophem+22,+1000+Bruxelles&glbe&eiyBX0UYqlG-2Y0QXX8YCgAg&ved0CDIQ8gEwAA

We are a young couple living in Brussels. Virginie works as an interior architect and she designs bathrooms. I work for the municipality of Brussels in a project to increase nature in a neighbourhood of the city center. We have a passion for gardening, we spend a lot of hours growing vegegables and other indigenous plants.
