    The price of My property is below prices for similar rooms in Bruges; there's free coffee, tea, mineral water,... I think it's way out of line to say this is expensive. I have the same chairs here for my own use, and I use them everyday, and find them very comfortable. These are the first guests ever in seven years to find the gardenhouse expensive, and to find the chairs not to their liking. It's true this is not for the infirm, but some weeks ago, I had a delightful couple staying, for their 60th wedding anniversary..so not all eldery people are afraid of stairs!
