    Wake up to the smell of a French Press Organic coffee! Then, savour the freshly squeezed organic orange juice as you await the gourmet meals prepared with ingredients within 100 mile radius. The organic cotton 800 count sheets, private entrance, personal patio area make you feel like a queen and king living in Versailles! Savour great conversations sitting around an antique Italian Wood Inlay Dining room table made in Sorrento, Italy, Circa 1930! The details of this GREEN home will not go unnoticed. We are a pet free, carpet free, smoke free home with bamboo floors throughout. Even the paint on the walls is organic. The owner teaches Interior Design and Architectural Technology. Her dozen or so trips to France and Italy helped create the gourmet menu and home decor!! Come once and you'll always return for more!

    Wonderful B & B

    My wife and I had the opportunity to spend two wonderful days at Donna’s Bed and Breakfast. The accommodation was wonderful and with Donna’s attention to decorative detail and being “green” and healthy greatly added to our enjoyment. Breakfast was always a treat with sumptuous but very health dishes to enjoy. We were able to relax and enjoy her garden with our morning coffee and tea and to catch our breath at the end of our days of exploring White Rock. The park across the street provided a wonderful place to walk and enjoy nature. We highly recommend her accommodation and found Donna to be most hospitable and helpful.     Incredibly relaxing and beautiful!

    We have the best time there...great host! The food was divine...all organic and fresh food. The rooms were so beautiful....thought I was at the Four Seasons. Thank you for such a wonderful experience Donna!!! We continue to send all our friends and family to you!

    Donna is a prime example of that rare breed of genuine, natural-born hosts and hostesses: people who follow their passion in the hotelier business. The result is a treat for travellers, like us, who want something special. My husband and I visited with my elderly parents in White Rock last January. Wanting to trouble my parents as little as possible (and set an example for other family members) we arranged a room at Donna's B & B for our week-long stay. My husband searched the internet, communicated with Donna and decided she sounded like someone quite special. He was not wrong!! But I did not expect to be treated like royalty AND make a new friend in the process. The room, the meals and Donna's attention to detail in EVERY aspect of service were simply outstanding. Her sincerity and efforts to make our stay the best it could possibly be were far beyond my expectations. I don't have space in this review to give enough credit or share enough detail about all the high points of Donna's B & B. If you are new to B & B's, try this one first and find out how it SHOULD be done! (Caution--it will also spoil you for all others.) We have stayed in everything from 5-star hotels to the YMCA (seriously!) and this one will stay at the top of our list--probably forever. I hope (and expect)Donna will continue to pursue her passion as a sincere, caring and exceptional hostess for many years to come. We look forward to our next visit!

    • Deposit Amount Required: When a room is booked, I require a credit card number for verification. If you are a repeat guest, all you have to do is give me a call on my cell #778-553-5119!

    • Cancellations: Life happens. Please give me one week's notice if you have to cancel your reservations. If you let me know within 7 days, no fees are charged. Should you cancel after the 7 days, I must charge $25.00 for the inconvenience and possible missed visits. Thank you for your understanding.

    Wonderful B & B

Turn left (west) at those lights and within a few blocks you will see 14214 20th Avenue on your left! Look for the Donna's Bed & Breakfast sign. Le voila!

    Donna's Bacon Crust Quiche
    I use organic eggs, local cheddar cheese, local organic mushrooms seasoned with the herbs of Provence I grow in my Garden Herb Bed. The crust for my amazing quiche is extra thick bacon pre-cooked so it becomes extra crispy meshing lovely flavours with the cheese and herbs. Then, I roll baby red potatoes grown in Delta with organic olive oil, balsamic vinegar and herbes de Provence again as the side dish. My stuffed croisantes avec compote is also a favourite with my guests here at donnasbb.com!
