Policies - No minimum stay required
- Smoking is not allowed
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (we have one suite that permits selected pets)
- Children are welcome
- Limitations on childcare (upon request)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (50% deposit (non-refundable) outside the 45 day check-in period. Balance due in full 45 days before check-in)
- Check in time is 4 p.m. and Check out time is 10 a.m.
- Cancellations:
Once paid no refunds unless we are able to rebook (cancellation refund is at our discretion) We reserve the right to cancel at any time if conditions beyond our control force us to do so (earthquake/flood/etc). If we find it necessary to cancel we will give a full refund. Guests not abiding by local by-laws will be forced to check-out with no refund.
