Welcome to my home in Westbank on Kelowna's Westside-the heart of the beautiful Okanagan Valley! Super location-golf, parks, beaches,cinema,all just under 4 km away. Walk to shopping,dining,cinema. Six wineries, vineyards, orchards within a 10 min. drive. Three ski resorts nearby.Enjoy the panoramic view of Lake Okanagan, the mountains & countryside. Following the sunsets, the valley radiates with the twinkling of the Westbank city lights.Two house levels-one rental per to allow private use.Queen beds, private bathrooms, air conditioned,warm hospitality.Reasonable rate, no tax,no price hike for holiday weekends. Relax in the sun in the back yard gardens, taste the fresh fruits from the fruit trees, or view the sights from the upper deck. I will offer you my best care and assistance, and warm hospitality. Betty is warm and welcoming. Her breakfasts are excellent - especially the pancakes! Our room was lovely and the garden a delight. A great location for exploring the area and Betty made some really good suggestions for places to visit..

The B&B is located in a very nice neighbourhood. The backyard is stunning. Betty is a very friendly and gracious host. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

From Kelowna- On Hwy 97 South, pass Ross Rd and Bartley Rd, then turn RIGHT on Daimler, take an immediate LEFT on Old Okanagan Highway and follow along until you reach the waterfalls/fountain at 2440 Bayview Estates (on the right), and then it's your first LEFT on Village Road and follow until you reach house #144 on the Left with the morning glory flag by the front door. From Peachland- LEFT onto Old Okanagan Highway (just past Starbucks on your right) in Westbank center, follow and then turn RIGHT just past Reece Rd. ( before it becomes Shannon Lake Rd!) to 2440 Bayview Estates- waterfalls/ fountain (on the Left). Immediate Left onto Village Road in Bayview until you reach house #144 on the Left with the morning glory by the front door.
