    Our Lakefront B&B is an escape from the ordinary. A truly unique experience, combining comforts with adventure. Our B&B has lush green lawns, tall shade trees and our own private beach. Beach house rooms have lake and mountain views, queen beds, (double/single in Family Suite), private entrances and private baths. Main house rooms have queen or twin beds, private entrance, shared bath and private sitting/movie room. There is also a seasonal, porch-type, room with queen bed, ensuite bath, and private entrance. Swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, waterskiing and wakeboarding are waiting just outside your door. Cycling, hiking and tennis are right next door and eleven golf courses are close by. Our honeymoon suite is quite exceptional with the best views, its own private patio and an awesome steam shower. Come stay with us and enjoy lakefront accommodations with fabulous Rocky Mountain views.

    • Cancellations: Due to our small size and our short booking season, reservations are 'non-refundable' unless we can re-book your room(s) less a $50 administration fee. Guests are encouraged to purchase Trip Cancellation and Interruption Insurance in the event of a cancellation.
