    • Check In: 3 P.M. - 5 P.M.    Check Out: 11 A.M.

    • Minimum Stay: 2 day minimum; 1-night stays incur $45 surcharge

    • Deposit Amount Required: 25% of total room rate

    • Cancellations: Reservation and cancellation policy: Your reservation is held with a non-refundable credit card deposit of 25% of your total stay. However, you may pay the balance with cash, Interact, Visa, or Master card. As cancellation of one room at a small property such as the Villa Marco Polo represents 25% of our occupancy, we hope you can appreciate that our cancellation policy must be carefully defined. If a cancellations is made 14 or more days prior to your anticipated arrival date, your deposit can be applied to a future stay at the Villa, and is valid for six months from the date of your original reservation. If a cancellation is made between 7 and 14 days prior to your anticipated arrival date, your deposit can be applied to a future stay at the Villa, between September 15th and June 15th, and is valid for six months from the date of your original reservation. If a cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to your anticipated arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded, and can not be applied to a future stay at the Villa.
