Our 1898 heritage house will warm you with all it's big windows and southern sunshine, complete modern amenities, private ensuites, and complimentary refreshments. Have you read the Tripadvisor reviews about our sumptuous 4-course breakfasts yet? My home baked scones seem to have become our morning trademark but please save room for the rest! We are excited to have you share our quiet seaside pathways and Beacon Hill park location in historic James Bay, downtown Victoria. Only a 15 minute walk from the bustling heart of Victoria’s Inner Harbour; our heritage home is located 1 block to the ocean and beautiful Beacon Hill Park. Come and enjoy the quiet tranquility of our home and neighbourhood.

It couldn't have been better. We were met at the door ( Paulanne had obviously been waiting for us) and escorted to our room. She helped us plan our time in Victoria, suggested restaurants, and fed us breakfasts enough to last for a month. We had to leave early the last morning. So she packed a cold breakfast - we had breakfast, lunch and snacks out of it!
