    • Minimum Stay: 2-night minimum may apply on weekends

    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit of one night’s charge (for one room staying 3 nights or less) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking. The balance is due at time of check-in. Booking multiple rooms and/or visits of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit.

    • Cancellations: Greater than 14 days’ notice: $20 per room / per night booked Less than 14 days notice: During Low Season and Shoulder Season One (1) room night will be charged During High Season Two (2) Room nights will be charged Less than 7 days notice: For all Seasons the full amount of the duration of the stay will be charged Booking for multiple rooms and/or visits of 4 nights or more will be charged 50% deposit While never expected, events can occur that may alter or adversely affect your travel plans. We therefore strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Cancellation/Interruption Insurance at the time you plan your trip
