Your guest room is your sanctuary after a day of exploration and fun. Relax in your therapeutic air-jetted tub or curl up in front of the fireplace. Your guest rooms are private and oh so comfortable!
Our Orca Room offers a king bed with small sitting area, fireplace, TV/DVD player and private bathroom!
The sails, masts and float homes that delight your eyes from our alfresco breakfast room. Hop on an Inner Harbour Ferry and enjoy a 10 minute water taxi ride to downtown Victoria, while the Skipper regales you with interesting facts and tales along the way!

Sue and Zen strive (and greatly succeed!) to combine the perfect mix of informality and professionalism. You are given a 'table tour' of the city by map, and information is knowledgeably dispensed with an ear open to your personal tastes regarding restaurants and entertainment. You are shown where and how regarding heat, coffee/tea, breakfast hour (which can often be accommodated, if possible, to your personal needs of ferry or flight departure) complete with a daily posting of the weather forecast to help inform your activity choices. Sue is an accomplished, incredible chef/food creator and if I could, I would give 10 stars for breakfast and service alone!

The room was magnificent only outdone by the porch where we had a wonderful breakfast that would put almost any chef to shame. Sue is a great host and Zen was a wonderful host. They pointed us to the west side walk which was a marvelous path around the harbour to a good restaurant for dinner. Great room, great food, great location, you can't do better in Victoria

Our stay with Sue and Zen was completely wonderful. They are meticulous hosts, paying attention to your every comfort. Their B&B is welcoming, bright, clean, so comfortable, and the breakfasts are feasts for your eyes as well as your soul. They are more than willing to give guests any help they can in making their stay all that it can be and more. What could be better than a B&B with great hosts, amazing food, wonderful service and a spectacular view! We'll be back!
