This is a fabulous B&B! Location is great, bed comfortable, modern private bath, private patio, kitchen stocked with everything needed, a lovely host Virginia who made us feel so welcome twice! The bicycles are really super for riding on the pathways so close by. We will recommend it to anyone we know heading west! Roger & Jenni

Lovely room for a couple with garden access, great hostess, reasonable price, and close to EVERYthing. Near beaches, bike path, quaint stores, restaurants, museums, water taxi, bus tours, plus walkable to Granville Island market and Shakespeare on the Beach. Didn't need a car and it was a peaceful place to relax between excursions.

The B&B is ideally situated near the Maritime Museum, close to walks along the False Creek shoreline, within 15 minutes walk to Granville Island, close to 4th Avenue, Kitsilano, and a couple of minutes from the seabus to downtown. We did not get a chance to use the bikes this time however hope to do so next time. The room is great, since it has a separate entrance and opens to the garden. Virginia was very friendly and helpful. We will plan to return.

What does make pleasant a stay in a new city? Many things, and among them, making new friends and a safe place to stay. Well, my stay at Virginia's B&B, placed just a street far from the waterfront of one of the most elegant neighborhood of the city - if not 'the' most elegant one, matched both of these requirement. Virginia, the owner and runner of the B&B, has been more than welcoming since when I called her from Italy for arranging my reservation. She never relinquished to help me in any of my needs, showing a real talent to put people at ease! And the Kits Point B&B is indeed a nice place to live in, furnished in a superior standard for being a B&B, with an extremely comfortable bed, a cozy little kitchen daily supplied with watever you like, for a breakfast that you can cook whenever you want (quite a comfort for the ones, as myself, who arrives late at night and loves to sleep in the morning, not having to wake up for a scheduled breakfast time!). The suite is completed by a large bathroom with a 'rest-giving' shower! Yes, you are going to stay in a mini-apartment, with a private yard in front of your independent entrance door. Well, thank you again Virginia, I'll keep in my mind my stay at your B&B for a long, long time, longing to come and visit you again! Gab

I truly enjoyed my stay - the location was great, handy to transportation to attractions, with a few just walking distance away, including lovely Kitsilano Beach, and yet it felt wonderfully secluded and private. Virginia proved to be a friendly, welcoming, helpful yet unintrusive hostess. The food and supplies provided in the kitchenette and the great amenities made it easy to set my own schedule for the day - I was always happy to see my favourite items were replenished at the end of each day and enjoyed having the option to just read quietly in the yard to relax after a day of touring. I hope to return to Vancouver in the future and I would choose to stay here again in a heartbeat. This pleasant pied-à-terre contributed to making my first trip to Vancouver a memorable one.

Just had a super 4 nights here. Walked on the beach every morning! Quiet, convenient, immaculate, couple of minutes walk to the little ferry and the hop-on hop-off bus. Make sure you visit the museum and planetarium.

Visiting from Ireland and found this B&B to suit our needs greatly! Fantastic location with 2mins walk to the shoreline, Vancouver Maritime Museum and Science Park. Easy access to both water taxies and local buses so we found it really easy to get about without a car! Virginia very helpful in providing lovely breakfasts, snacks etc which made us feel very welcome after our long journey. Room and integral kitchen just perfect for short term visitors and therefore we highly recommend this property if you are touring round or want to get to know Vancouver!!

Me and my husband stayed 3 nights at Kits Point B&B and it was almost like at home: nice room, little kitchenette and everything you need for breakfast and snacks. Virginia took care of all the details and gave good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. She also offered two bikes to use but we didn't have time. Location is great too. If we decide to visit Vancouver again, will definitely come back to that B&B.
