Cherry Blossom Bed and Breakfast

The Cherry Blossom is a marvelous B&B - in lovely upscale residential neighborhood, beautiful rooms, delicious breakfast, gracious hosts, pool and hot tub, close to great shopping, Museum of Anthropology, neighborhood restaurants. Only place we'll stay in Vancouver.

We (family of four) stayed for two nights in Temari Suite at Cherry Blossom Bed and Breakfast. We were vegetarians and one of us allergic to peanuts. Alison made sure the delicious breakfast and cookies met our dietary needs.

This b & b was truly wonderful, Jennifer really looked after us, breakfasts were good, our room overlooking the gardens and pool was super, only downside was the weather. There was a wedding party staying while we were there and they were all welcolmed while the bride got ready, lots of excitement. The Avenue I am sure would look super when the blossom was out. We did recommend this to someone we met on our travels.

Allison has made my first experience at B&B a memorable one from her thoughtfulness and strong service mind with friendly attitudes. We feel like visiting a friend's or family home instead of staying in a B&B. Her breakfast is very delicious and healthy. We will definitely go back to her B&B again in our next visit.

We had a great time, the suite was really lovely and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. The home and gardens are really nice and Alison made us feel welcome and at home.

Cherry Clossom B&B was amazing. Alison was the perfect hostess, the room was incredible and the food was superb. We chose this venue for our wedding and we everything worked out perfectly. We had an unforgettable stay and lved every minute.

I made the reservations for an additional couple and hoped they would not be disappointed in my choice. We were all beyond delighted. What a lovely home and hostess.

What a pleasantly and wonderful time we had at the Cherry Blossom B & B. My daughter, neice, sister and I stayed in the 2 bedroom Temari room. We all loved it! It was so clean and comfortable. It was like being at home while on vacation. We will definitely stay at the Cherry Blossom anytime we are in Vancouver.

I've stayed at dozens of B&B's around the country over many years and I can say without hesitation that Cherry Blossom is absolutely the best: combining the best aspects of a luxury resort and the comforts of home with the most delicious breakfasts anywhere and gracious hosts who welcomed us throughout our 3 night stay. Cookies by the door each afternoon were an extra treat! (I picked this cold from the Internet since it's close to UBC where our son is this term.) My husband and I recently stayed at the Cherry Blossom and were amazed by the total quality of the Cherry Blossom B&B. To start with, the superior warmth and attention given to us by our innkeeper was refreshing, as well as the gourmet home cooked breakfasts overlooking the manicured garden; perfect biscuits, fruit, yogurt, home made jelly, and then another superb main course with "the works". Little touches everywhere - sparkling clean rooms, flowers; especially being mid-April, the cherry blossoms were just coming into bloom, surrounding this charming B&B in a gorgeous residential neighborhood; within walking distance to lovely downtown Kerrisdale. Four excellent coffee shops on one block, plus Hobbs Florist; outstanding. Kudos to Cherry Blossom Bed and Breakfast. This is not one B&B that has an absentee innkeeper. Reluctantly writing this great review and hoping that there will be an opening for us to revisit Cherry Blossom in Vancouver again. Sandy & Mike, New York.

Heading to Cherry Blossom B&B was a spur of the moment decision when I needed to escape from my chaotic house under renovation. Alison was so welcoming and kind. The Sakura Suite was the perfect refuge and a lovely breakfast and the good company of other guests in the morning was just what I needed. If I ever feel the urge to run away from home again I'll be knocking on the door at Cherry Blossom.

The Cherry Blosson B&B was fabulous! The innkeeper is so welcoming aaccomodating, the food is absolutely delicious and the accommodations were very comfortable. Even though they have a dog and 2 cats, you never see or hear them, and I'm allergic to cats. It never bothered me once - that's how clean the house was. We had fresh baked cookies waiting when we got in at night and Allison even brought up a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries when she found out we were there celebrating a birthday. And we loved exploring Kerrisdale and driving the scenic drive around UBC. We will definitely be coming back.

we stayed here for three nights excellent accommodation, hospitality, and food we were made welcome in a beautiful home, in a gorgeous neighbourhood of Vancouver every possible convenience provided if you are headed to Vancouver, this is a wonderful place to stay

We've been back two years in a row and we can't wait to go back again! I wish we could visit more often and stay for longer periods of time! The best food, warm ambiance, amazing suites, excellent hospitality and the perfect location. The shops and restaurants in nearby Kerrisdale are lovely. Try the Gaia Bistro--amazing mediterranean food! Be on the lookout for film crews in the neighborhood. Fringe was seen filming just a few days before our stay back in August 2010. Do yourself a favor and relax at Cherry Blossom!

We enjoyed a very pleasant stay with Alison and David in their beautiful home. The two bedroom suite was perfect for our family; proximity to airport and relatives living close by was very convenient. Alison warmly welcomed my mother to come for breakfast as well, which was very much appreciated. Hope to stay again on another trip to Vancouver in the future.

My husband and I have stayed several times at the Cherry Blossom B & B and have been so impressed by the tranquil, lovely atmosphere of this marvellous home. The host and hostess, David and Alison, really went all out to make us feel at home and were very warm and hospitable. The beautiful gardens surrounding the home, the tasteful furnishings and many exquisite details in the bedrooms make this a unique and memorable place to stay while visiting the lovely city of Vancouver!

We could not have asked for more in terms of luxury, comfort and hospitality. The atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated, the bed "5 star" and the breakfasts (overlooking the pool and garden) beautifully presented and so delicious! Being long time Vancouverites, our hosts were helpful and very informative. We had convenient access to UBC and Downtown, while enjoying the quiet retreat of Cherry Blossom. We would highly recommend a stay here!!

What a relaxing and wonderful get away with convenient location for UBC and Vancouver sights. Warm hospitality and delicious, hearty breakfasts, luxurious beds and very accomodating. A fantastic value! The jacuzzi was just the ticket after a long day! Alison is a superb innkeeper. We'll be back with each Vancouver visit.
