All cancellations within 7 days of your anticipated arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay. Merchant Fee of 5% is applicable on all refunds. We suggest you contact your travel agent for Trip Cancellation Insurance in the event of unforeseen changes to your plans.. In any case, we will process your first payment only after sending you a firm quote by email and then obtaining your specific approval for the transaction either by email or phone. If the time period you request is available, we will hold it for you until we complete the exchange of information with you required for the reservation confirmation process, provided this can be completed within a day or two
