The Smithers Guesthouse is located within walking distance (5-7 min) to down-town, groceries and restaurants, but still far enough that you can find and enjoy scenic and relaxing walking trails, recreation parks and the famous Bulkley River (for Salmon & Steelhead fishing) close to our place!

- Cancellations:
Cancellation Policy: 2 days prior to your reservation date.
Guests will be charged for one night if they fail to cancel 48 hours prior to their arrival. For Christmas & Spring Holidays, as well as Group Bookings: Cancellation Policy is 2 weeks prior to the reservation date. Guests will be charged 50 % of their total reservation amount if they fail to cancel 2 weeks prior to their arrival.
Later cancellations: Every effort will be made to rebook your unit(s). However, if we can't resell your unit(s) we have to charge the amount as stated above.
Guests checking out before the last day of their reservation will be charged and can only be credited or refunded subject to Smithers Guesthouse rebooking the room(s). - Accepted by the following agencies:
