    • Minimum Stay: 2 night minimum, 4 night minimum in July/August

    • Deposit Amount Required: One night's deposit is required to confirm your reservation. A $300.00 deposit is required for weekly bookings. The balance is due upon arrival. Telephone reservations must be confirmed with VISA/MC deposit.

    • Cancellations: Notice of cancellation or reduced stay is required 14-30 days prior to arrival date or full payment for your booking id required. If the vacancy is filled, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged and credit given for the remainder of your deposit. Note: 30 days cancellation notice is required for weekly bookings during peak season
